PRICING
Goods are invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. PAW Products reserves the right to modify prices or product specifications without notice. All prices published are including GST.
ERRORS & OMISSIONS EXCEPTED (E&OE)
We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. We will pre-approve Companies and Government Departments for credit up to $500 if their orders are supplied on an Official Company Order Form. If your company requires a 30 day account and does not use Official Order Forms, just ask us to fax you a Credit Application Form or click here to download it from our website.
WARRANTIES
PAW Products will honour all manufacturers warranties if a product is found to be faulty. All faulty products will be either replaced or repaired accordingly.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
It is recommended that product manufacturers be contacted directly where possible for technical support.
RETURNING GOODS
All returned goods must be in pristine condition and have their complete packaging intact. Goods must be accompanied by a Product Return Form which can be acquired by calling PAW Products. Returned goods claimed faulty and subsequently found to be in good condition will incur a $50 service charge or restocking fee. The customer agrees to cover courier charges for returning products, except wct is faulty or damaged in shipment. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

PAW will not distribute EMAIL addresses to any other companies or organisations without your permission.
Subscription
Once you have registered with PAW Products, you are subscribed to our emails. You will automatically be subscribed to two of our emails, which are PAW E News and Specials and Clearances.
The E-mail subscription consist of a bi-weekly e-mail notification.
- PAW E News - covers the new and latest IT products on the market.
- Specials and Clearances - for special offers and "one off" deals.
You may unsubscribe at any time from our emails. You may do so by sending an e-mail to sales@paw.com.au with your account name and "unsubscribe" in the title. You must send an email from the same account you are registered under.
Subscription to this service is optional and free.
